IGN’s Skin Health Beauty Lab is a monthly look at the health and beauty products on the market today.
In honor of its 5th anniversary, we’re bringing you our annual Beauty Lab to look at which brands are making the most of their limited time in the market.
The Lab’s been a long time coming, as we began in 2016 with a look at products that are selling well, but not necessarily staying on the shelves.
But it’s never too late to try a new brand, and in 2018, we were able to take the time to revisit our previous look at some of the best-selling skin care products, along with some new products that we’ve been really digging.
In 2019, we revisited the Beauty Lab with a different approach, and focused on the top brands in the industry.
While some of those products may not be available at the time, they’re still being used and are still selling well.
We asked our Beauty Lab team which brands they thought were making the biggest impact in the cosmetics market today, and what brands could make the jump to the next level.
Below, we’ll take a look over the top five beauty brands, along for the ride with our favorite products and why they’re worth the investment.
Top Five Beauty Brands in the Beauty MarketToday, we have five brand names we can go with to help us decide which ones are best suited for our skin.
While they’re all excellent, they don’t stand alone.

To help us find the best products for you, we took our BeautyLab Beauty Lab formula and made it our guide to the top 5 beauty brands in 2017.1.
