The skin care specialist says it’s important to take your skin care to the next level by incorporating healthy lifestyle choices.
He’s not alone. “
It’s about taking care of your skin, and if you’re having a good skin care routine, then you’ll feel so much better.”
He’s not alone.
There are now a growing number of skin care experts and dermatologists who believe skin care should be a part of any healthy lifestyle.
The latest research suggests a good facial moisturiser, a face scrub and an anti-inflammatory oil will all help protect your skin.
Dr John Kynaston says a facial scrub is essential, while a good anti-inflammatory oil will also help prevent skin inflammation.
It’s all about making sure your skin is being properly protected, he says.
He also says it is vital to avoid any chemical or other products that could make your skin feel oily.
But he warns that a simple facial scrub will not always protect your entire face.
If you have oily skin, the best way to reduce the risk of breakouts is to use a moisturiser that will not leave any greasy residue.
Dr Kynastons facial scrub, a mixture of jojoba oil and coconut oil, will do the trick.
Instead of a facial oil, a facial cleanser or moisturiser can be used.
And if you have a problem with acne, Dr Kynasters recommend taking an anti acne cream or cream containing jojubilee or jojumbo, which contain a combination of jojo and coconut oils.
You can also try using an anti inflammation moisturiser with jojobilia, a natural anti-bacterial oil that contains jojuba or jojamubena.
Another good option for those with oily skin is to try a moisturising mask.
Some facial masks contain hyaluronic acid which helps reduce the signs of inflammation, says Dr Kymens.
She says those with acne can use a hyaluronan mask to treat dryness.
So it’s worth considering a skin care product that can help you avoid the signs and symptoms of break out.
This is not a new trend, says dermatologist John Marnie.
In 2016, the US Food and Drug Administration approved jojobi oil for the treatment of acne.
For people with oily or dry skin, he suggests taking a face moisturiser and a facial mask.
He also recommends using a hydrating mask with jojamube or jojoemini oil.
